Growth and Partnership Specialist (Full-time and Internship)

• Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools to automate the production of engaging marketing content, such as banners, videos, pictures, articles, and more.
• Build strategic partnerships within the film and Web3 industries to expand our unique offerings of movie NFTs.
• Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and user behaviors to inform strategic decisions.
• Regularly update growth metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in a growth or partnership role within the film or Web3 domain. (For interns, relevant academic or project experience is also acceptable.)
• Full-stack capabilities, with proficiency in using AI tools for work efficiency.
• Deep understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and NFTs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Outstanding ability to work independently.
• Creative and observant with the ability to identify promising opportunities and initiatives.
• Proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.

Specific Requirements for Interns:

We accept interns able to work full-time for at least 3 months.
